Description
BO121918: Trench Knife
Boker

It was 1915 when Heinrich Boker & Co. Solingen received the government order to develop a compact fighting knife that would be especially useful for trench warfare. After 90 years, we are reproducing the original knife blade out of high carbon steel with 0.75% carbon. The pronounced steel crossguard, the wood forearm handle, (designed for a firm and safe grip), and the official tang stamp are identical to the original - as is the cowhide leather sheath. On the back of the blade, each knife shows its serial number. Blade length: 5 5/8". Overall length: 10". Weight: 5.9 oz. Made in Solingen, Germany.

Pros: Finish, Blade Sharpness, Overall Quality, Weight, Blade Material, None
Cons: Handle Material, Sheath/Scabbard
Well made old-school knife
Short review:+Very useful blade shape for combat+Sharp factory edge+Good hand guard+C75 is to my understanding similar to 1075 so it's a good basic high carbon steel+Light and compact size-Handle is pretty small and wooden scales are not the most comfortable-Sheath is nice real leather but mine is almost too tight because the knife barely fits in
