Exceptional performance, quality and value
I bought these steak knives to replace an older serated set. These are not serated and are very sharp and will cut very well. I have researched many much more expensive brand name sets of steak knives. The feel of the 440 steel and design of the materials are high quality. If you are looking for high quality and value you cannot do much better than these. The negative review I read above is dead wrong.

Pros: None
Cons: Sharpness, Material Quality
Poor edge retention and handle has not held up.
Have had 2 sets of these for several years. Being 440A steel these simply do not hold an edge. Need to be sharpened before every use. Of the 8 knives the handle material has cracked or fallen off at the first rivet.
