The G10 handles are textured to increase grip and ergonomics while in use and the pinky ring keeps it securely in your hand under any circumstances.

Pros: Pocket Clip, Handle Feel, Handle Material, Blade Material, Weight, Ease of Opening, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Ease of Opening, None
Fantastic
first day I received this knife i cut myself accidentally and now require 2 stitches f*****g fantastic how sharp it is didn't feel any pain with the laceration. build quality is nice, blade is sharp jimping is VERY grippy as it does rip at my skin a bit and the action though not smooth when opened with the thumb studs is very nice when drawn like its supposed to. few cons would be the less than lethal extended knife tang gets in the way of your fingers when trying to thumb stud open it and this is just preference but its not a knife I would EDC. Its a knife i'd carry if I knew i was walking in dangerous areas or in my car but edc wise I feel like it just doesn't blend in well.

Unique knife
I purchased this knife mostly just to try it out, I was pleasantly surprised by its ease of use and how well it fits my fairly large hands. The knife functions better than advertised, it opens well when withdrawn from a pocket and even better when it is carried tucked behind a belt towards the front. The blade stays sharp even after opening too many cardboard boxes. The only drawback is that it is not as comfortable to use in a blade forward grip, I wouldn't want to skin a deer with it but that is not what this excellent tool is designed to do. One thing that is not mentioned in the description is that unopened this knife is an outstanding non-lethal implement. Held in with the forefinger through the ring it can be used as a re-enforced fist and the small point on the ring as well as the blade opening lever can be used for pressure point manipulation of an opponent. The folding thumb rest, when open, just adds to this utility. (Tried these kinds of techniques on one of my students, to great effect). As always, Knifecenter was a joy to do business with, I rate them a 6 out of 5.
