Description
BU0110BRSA: 110 Folding Hunter AUTO
Buck Knives

Buck's Folding Hunter was created in 1963 when Al Buck decided that a revolutionary folding locking knife was needed by outdoorsmen who wanted a sturdy knife but did not want to carry a long fixed blade knife. He was right and the result proved to be the key to the company’s future.

One of America’s best-selling knives is now available as an automatic! The 110 Auto is easily deployed with the push of a button, readying the 420HC blade quickly and efficiently. Featuring the same classic Macassar Ebony Dymondwood handles and brass bolsters, the 110 Auto will easily become a collectible for avid 110 fans.

420HC is Buck's standard blade material because it approaches the wear resistance of high carbon alloys while delivering the corrosion resistance of chromium stainless steels. Add Buck's exclusive heat-treat process and you have a very user-friendly combination of superior corrosion resistance with excellent strength for wear resistance and durability. You also have a blade that is easy to resharpen. For best performance Buck hardens to a Rockwell hardness of 58-60HRC.

The crescent tip of a clip point blade makes the blade thinner with a sharper point. This shape provides good control for detail work and cutting in tight places. It is also well suited for intentional punctures like new holes in your belt, etc. While the point of the blade is effective for detail work, it's not as strong as the thicker points on drop points and skinners.

Taking a century’s worth of knife craftsmanship to an unprecedented level, Buck’s Pro Level knives are designed and crafted to be used in the most demanding situations. Premium materials and revolutionary designs are combined with the highest quality American craftsmanship. The result is a superior knife that discerning users can rely on in any situation. Designed and hand-crafted in the USA.

AWESOME AUTO !
The Buck 110 Auto (from Buck) represents a continuation of the excellent knives from a great US company. The fit, finish and function of this auto is first class, better than others selling for three times the price. This is a knife that you will be proud to own!
