Buck Knives

This classic large hunting knife has been a super seller going back many years. Hoyt and Al Buck used to build them by hand in their two-man shop. Today, this larger hunting knife with a large clip blade for detail work, piercing and cutting in tight places for added control, is as popular as ever. Polished brass butt and guard. Beautifully balanced. Rugged Burgundy leather sheath included.

Great Choice
I never write reviews but I had to upon receiving this knife. I bought this as a camping knife and was quite impressed upon opening the box. More than I expected. This knife came razor sharp out of the box and I immediately cut myself so be carfull when you take it out of the sheath. First I was plesently suprised by its heft. This knife looks as though it will take a beating. For me it is exactly the right size and feels great in my hand. I recently bought a couple other knifes that simply do not measure up but this one has exceeded my expectations. I am looking forward to putting it through its paces next spring. I'll be spending quite a bit of time in a remote area of Montana next summer and a quality knife will be Indispensable around camp. No doubt in my mind this Buck will measure up and provide a lif time of service. The sheathe is nothing to brag about but looks sturdy and functional. As I always do I will be making my own custom sheathe. What a GREAT value.

A Beautiful Work of Art
This is a beautiful piece of craftsmanship. The cocobolo & brass is gorgeous, and the stainless blade is very attractive.I got a 6" blade, and I also got the "same" knife in 5" & 4" blades. The two smaller knives are legal for carry in Texas, and they tuck away nicely. Any of them are handy to have around the house.I keep the 6" on my desk for various light utility use, but mostly because I like to look at it. I would rely on any of the three for heavy utility tasks, if needed.
