CA220: Work Series Medium Jack (22087 SS)
Case Knives

This Medium Jack is a part of the Working Knives collection from Case Knives. The Working line salutes hard driving team players who answer the call and give it their all until the work is finally done. The Medium Jack pocket knife is a pattern where the blade or blades open from one end of the knife. This knife features two blades, the clip and pen blades. The clip blade is commonly used as a multi-purpose blade and preferred for detail work. The pen blade is great for small detailed uses, especially for everyday use such as opening envelopes and boxes. This knife is constructed with Case Tru-Sharp stainless steel which is a special high-carbon steel that helps the blades hold an edge longer than conventional steel. It also offers extraordinary blade strength and corrosion resistance. Comes conveniently packaged in a box.

Pros: Blade Material, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Cons: None
Wonderful working knife...
Case knives are legendary for a reason. The edge on this knife straight out of the box is magnificently sharp. Fit and finish are wonderful, but just imperfect enough to show these are still put together by people, not machines. The springs on my knife are polished mirror bright. The only thing that would have made the knife perfect would be for the blades to be polished mirror bright as well. However, this is a working knife, and the matte finish is a concession to practicality. If you are looking for a classy, but hard working knife, made in the USA out of superb steel, you will enjoy this knife. It is more costly than its imported competitors, but for me the intangibles are worth it.
