Pros: Overall Quality, Handle Feel, Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Weight, Handle Material, None
Cons: Lock Type, Pocket Clip, Lock Ease of Use
LOT OF KNIFE FOR THE PRICE
Use it in wood shop and associated activities. Heavier weight than most and spooky sharp right out of the box. Purchased largely for defensive possibilities, and to that end it fits my hand beautifully. Feels like I would not have a problem keeping hold of it opened in an unpredictable situation. A bit concerned that the blade doesn't readily flip to full open. Must make conscious effort to make that happen. Also I do not want the clip on the knife, as nice as it is, but found it virtually impossible to remove. One must have just the right tools. One final caveat, I have several other linerlock knives and have never been able to do an easy one handed release and fold. The larger the knife, the more awkward the feature is to use. Still, lot of knife for the price.

Quality Knife for a Low Price
When I first received this knife, I immediately noticed it looks much better than the pictures show. I continue to cut various materials with this knife at work and at home and it's holding up very well. The blade shows minimal wear after about two months of daily usage. The price simply cannot be beat for a low-end EDC blade. In my opinion, CRKT got this one right.
