Castillo Knives

Spanish knifemaking heritage took shape in the middle ages and continues to this day. By combining both form and function, Castillo Knives aims to share this story, by paying homage to the region of Castilla La Mancha and meeting the modern demands of everyday use.

The Navaja knife pattern is one of the oldest still in production. Translating to "razor", Castillo Knives' interpretation of the Navaja is a scaled down version of the classic multi-purpose knife. It is designed to be opened with two hands and has a solid lockback mechanism. The straight back blade is a simple "do-all" blade style, making the Navaja the go-to for everyday carry.

Micarta Handles
Micarta Handles Micarta is a compressed layered composite sealed within a thermosetting plastic which creates a strong, attractive material that is impervious to water.
Leather Sheath
Leather Sheath Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to Kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.
Lockback The lockback system has been used for many decades. It can usually be found on the knife spine and it provides a strong lockup that will wear well.
