Pros: Weight, Handle Material, None
Cons: Blade Sharpness
Blast from the past
Oh my... I bought this knife over 25 years ago on a student trip to Spain. I remember the little knife shops in Toledo, they had all sorts of reproduction swords, armor, and knives. I knew nothing about different steels back then, but figured it probably wasn’t anything special. Very cool piece, handle has a nice heft and balances the blade nicely. Not that it matters much - it’s only for display and is dull as a toothbrush. I have no idea what I paid back then, but I have had this on display ever since, so I guess it was worth it. The only part that feels cheap is the faux “inlay” printed on the blade, but even that has held up.
