Gingrich Tactical Innovations GTI Custom Santoku Knife 6.75" S35VN Satin Blade, Burl Wood Handles with Carbon Fiber Bolsters
GTIKSANTOKU: Custom Santoku Knife
Gingrich Tactical Innovations
A Santuko knife has the versatility and general purpose utility of a chef’s knife, but with a smaller blade belly and a rounded tip that resembles a sheepsfoot blade style. The Santoku knife is named for the three ‘virtues’ it excels at performing: slicing, dicing, and mincing. Justin manufactures his kitchen cutlery in the same fashion that he does for his cutting-edge tactical knives and tomahawks. They are true workhorses that are built stronger than strong to withstand real-world abuse inside your kitchen. This Santoku is made of CPM-S35VN stainless steel with a contoured burl wood and carbon fiber handle that is extremely comfortable to hold and to use. It can handle every cutting task you require, just be sure not to put it in the dishwasher. Hand wash only!
