LNSR1AOB: SR-1A OB Black Blade, Orange Aluminum Handle
New version of the SR-1 model with single-piece shell in Ergal Aluminium. The blade is D2 tool steel, available in satin or MilSpec finish, chemical black. The anodized aluminium used comes in four different colors: Black, Green, Red and Orange. The SR-1's feature a monolithic knife and frame-lock system, designed by Molletta. The aluminium shell results in a lighter knife than its Titanium "brother". It weighs a mere 5.57 oz. (158 g).

The knife has a RotoBlock safety system patented by LionSteel. With a simple rotation of the Rotoblock you will fix the blade in open position. The aluminum toolbar has been reinforced with a hardened steel insert. This insert prevents the hard steel blade to wear out the final part of the toolbar. The supplied key allows you to adjust the blade screw and fix the clip. The screw clip is equipped with glass-breaker.

Great quality knife
This is a solid EDC knife for me. I love how it sits in the pocket so low and the lockup is outstanding. The handle is a little too slick, but it is as advertised. You get what you pay for. This is a knife you give to your kids. Great orange on black color combo!

LionSteel SR-1A Orange/Black
man...this kinfe is super sharp. 6 stitches later i'm actually scared of this one in my collection. think razor blade of D2 machine steel. design is beautiful but simple save and except the frame lock/lock. not assited open so not a tactical knife as far as i see it and its a bit bulky/heavy. but quality is excellent. you could put this knife through a car hood if you wanted to. love the color match on this version. may buy the titanium later, but why? for the $$money its above average. lionsteel has my attention now. would give it five stars if not for the first part of my review. its a 4.25* based upon cost/quality.
