Each full-tang knife is forged from nitrogen-tempered 4116N stainless steel. The satin finish allows the blade to easily glide through meats, vegetables and bread.
Maserin began production in 1960 in Maniago, Italy. Through its constant growth, they have been able to maintain and expand the tradition of excellence that helped Maniago be recognized as Italy’s "City of Knives".
