Mikkel Willumsen Knives
A Santoku knife is a general-purpose Japanese kitchen knife that can handle every task. Why not have one that stands out against all the others - and will actually make you want to do food prep? Well, that's exactly what you get with this custom UrbanTactical Santoku knife from Mikkel Willumsen. The 7.25" blade of this gorgeous beast is handmade Chad Nichols stainless Boomerang Damascus with a beautiful acid etched finish to bring out this amazing pattern. It will take and hold a great edge and is fairly easy to resharpen so you can always have that perfect edge every time you use it. The spine of the blade has a jimping-like texture running its entire length so no matter what size hands you have, you'll find a nice spot for which your thumb to rest. The aircraft grade carbon fiber handle is attached with copper pins and milled to provide a sure grip under wet conditions with a nice, thin profile. It fits the hand perfectly and gives you complete control of the knife while you use it. This is an UrbanTactical kitchen knife with style, supreme fit and finish, and is sure to impress even a Michelin Star chef.
