Produce knife review
First off, I use a knife like this about 4 hours every day I go to work (I condition/ display fresh produce for a grocery store). This knife is a possible replacement for a Dexter-Russell blade that I have used for almost 25 years. This knife is well made although the handle could be a little longer. It's very sharp and easy to control in most cutting positions. The blade is somewhat thinner than I expected but should hold up OK. Good quality for the price.

Great knives
They make pealing and slicing vegetables a lot easier than any other knives I've ever used. Tho. I think my old ones were the 3 inch blades. they came from a potato packaging plant.
