Great tool
This is an amazing tool, came razor sharp right out of the box and stayed that way. I am an avid camper and this axe comes with me every time without fail. I have put it through hell and back and it has persevered through everything I could throw at it.

I like it
I bought this along with the Benchmade 172. I bought this one to keep in the truck and take camping and such. It seems every bit as high quality as the Benchmade despite being thinner. The head is sharp and the spike comes to a wicked point. If it was longer I think it would make a great fighting/combat/tactical Tomahawk; easier to wield than most. Well worth the price.

ontario tomahawk review
This is a great durable, utilitarian use tool. Its sharp and solidly constructed. I wouldn't use this as a weapon because it is a bit heavy and not long enough for effective striking power. It is also top heavy which makes it a bit slow. But for a good general use tool that you use when you need to break a hole in a wall or rip a car door open, the Ontario ranger is probably the best
