QAQSE9LT: QSE-9LT Mr. Strickland
Mr. Strickland is not suitable for "slackers." It's certainly a top-end, handmade knife, and from the moment you hold it, you'll realize it. QSE-9 is constructed of premium grade materials; CPM 154 blade steel and titanium frame lock and scale. The blade glides open and closed on QTRMSTR proprietary ORB pivot system. The unique blade grind is reminiscent of the "airborne" custom knife by Gustavo Cecchini and by his good grace, Quartermaster was able to use the shape in this original rendition. Only 300 pieces were made in each colorway. Each example has been serialized on the spine of the knife and an additional trademark has been placed on the backside of the blade.

Pros: Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness, Handle Feel, Weight, Blade Material, None
Cons: Lock Ease of Use, Ease of Opening
One Serious Mission Folder.
Looking for a folding knife that appears to have been made with only one objective in mind, then this is it. Not a knife for whittling or peeling potatoes but if you have a job where this blade may save or take a life, then this'll work. Solid, heavy construction, locks up tight and secure. The angle of the blade and handle are perfect for reverse edge tactics. I have more than a couple of folding knives and this one instantly became my go to carry blade. My only concern is that it's slightly difficult to open but my guess is that will ease with time and use.
