Pros: Handle Material, Handle Feel, Ease of Opening, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, None
Cons: Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Overall Quality
I use my pocket knives every day and when my Dad got this one for me, I wasn't really wanting to change from the knife I was already using, a Kershaw, but after messing around with it, I like it MUCH better. The knife opens flawlessly easy and smooth, even a friend of mine commented on how smoothly it opened. It's EXTREMELY lightweight but that doesn't mean it's not a great knife. I sharpened it more than it was sharpened, on ceramic rods.

nicer than KnifeCenter says
First, Schrade and almost everyone else says that the blade steel is 9Cr18MoV, which is a fair bit better than 8Cr14MoV as it is quite a lot like 440C which is quite probably the BEST of the low cost knife steels. The blade comes quite sharp from the factory, having an fine hollow grind.Second, the scales are solid carbon fiber which helps keep the knife light and strong.Third, the action is smooth and comfortable, thanks to nice thumb studs The one negative is the clip. It is in the right side tip-down only configuration -that part is okay by me-where it fails is because close to an inch of the knife sticks out of the pocket. This is no super knife, but at the price point it is a fine choice.
