Serge Panchenko Custom Coin Claw Slipjoint Folding Knife 1.5" CPM-154 Stonewashed Blade, Timascus and Titanium Handles with Ammo Can Overlay
SGPCCAMMO5: Custom Gen 3 Coin Claw Folding Knife, Timascus and Ammo Can Overlay
This Coin Claw is one of the designs for which Serge Panchenko is best known. It's sized just over an American Silver Dollar at 2.0" in diameter with a 1.5" Wharncliffe blade. This is a full-custom knife handmade by Serge in his Sacramento, CA shop and it's utterly beautiful. The blade is made from CPM-154 stainless steel with a stonewash finish and timascus thumb stud. It's a slipjoint knife with a strong detent and very unique action. The ball detent system is something Serge utilizes on many of his designs so they can be carried in more localities since they do not lock. The handle is made from colorful timascus and ammo can overlays with a 6Al4V titanium lockside and beautifully finished hardware holding it all together. The timascus pivot looks excellent against the stonewashed titanium and it shows the thought Serge puts into his designs. If you want a simple everyday carry blade or neck knife that is unique, utterly well-built, and sure to be a talking point, look no further than the custom Coin Claw from Serge Knives.
