Schanz Handmade Knives
Jurgen Schanz has a flair for the dramatic and an eye for style. His design lines flow smoothly and always seem to be on point with the ergonomic and aesthetic marks. This custom DPPK2 folder features a 3.625" blade made from gorgeous Damasteel in the awesome Hakkapella pattern. The thumb hole, like Spyderco's, is an ideal way to open the blade for both lefties and righties. The handle is made from media blasted titanium with a dark bronze anodized finish for the locking side and an amazing rainbow titanium laminate for the face scale. It's constructed with stainless steel hardware and the replaceable lockbar insert and the over-travel mechanism are made from stainless Damascus. This is a very nice touch that you definitely don't see every day. It comes with a right-hand, tip-up pocket clip, nylon carry pouch and was handmade in Germany.
