The PITS (Pie in the Sky) Folder is an expression of British knifemaker Mike Read's popular non-locking folder. Designed as a tough, hard-use folding knife that complies with strict British knife laws, it features a broad clip-point blade flat ground from N690Co steel. Its handle scales are precision machined from solid titanium, skeletonized to reduce weight, bead blasted to increase grip texture and color anodized bright blue. The scales also feature integral split spring arms that power the knife's unique slipjoint mechanism. This mechanism, along with the blade's prominent lower guard, help prevent accidental closure during use. A reversible deep-pocket wire clip provides left or right-side tip-up carry and, together with the blade's Trademark Round Hole makes one-handed carry and operation of the PITS Folder completely ambidextrous.

Quality UK legal knife
Have been trying to get a nice knife that does not attract police attention here in the uk. Unable to find that I looked to the usa. This is a really nice quality and interesting knife. The finish on the handle is a really nice mat blue. The blade is not centred unfortunately but this is a minor issue. Dealing with the knife centre was easy and stress free.If you have a need for a non locking knife this is a great choice.

Fantastic Slippy
The only thing I could even think of complaining about is the faux flipper, which is actually a non issue asside from personal aesthetic preference. Aside from that, this is an excellent execution of a non-locking knife. Absolutey zero issues with fit and finish. This steel holds a nice fine edge well and isn't a bear to bring back to life. Action is smooth and "lockup" is still solid. Super easy to close one handed by pushing on the spine of the blade with your thumb to break the lock, and then finishing with the Spydiehole. Ergos are great. Nowhere near as heavy as you would expect. Love the feel of the bead blasted Ti, and the anodizing even more. Did I mention? Deep carry wire clip! Great gentlemans EDC that even pushes locking knives out of my pocket.
