SP225GP: C225GP Hundred Pacer
Spyderco

Designed by knife enthusiast Johnny Liao, the Hundred Pacer draws its name—and much of its dramatic styling—from a deadly Taiwanese viper. Its broad, swept-point blade is full-flat ground from premium CTS-XHP stainless steel and features an accessible Trademark Round Hole for easy ambidextrous opening. The unique handle scales are meticulously machined from layered G10 to create a non-slip, snakeskin-like texture and contrasting color pattern. They contain nested, skeletonized stainless steel liners that complement the handleís open-backed construction to reduce weight while providing a solid foundation for the knife's sturdy LinerLock mechanism. To keep the Hundred Pacer poised and ready, it features a reversible deep-pocket wire clip offering ambidextrous tip-up carry.

Its lightweight, the blade is centered, sharp, everything is perfect. I guess I like this knife. GrinMade in Taiwan same as the snake.

Oh, Hell Yeah!
One sexy, venomous viper. This serpent seduces you, and takes you in, like Adam in the Garden of Eden. Up-swept Persians just have attitude (and belly/cutting edge). >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Love Spyderco flat grinds. They do what knives are supposed to do. They’re slicing machines. >>>>>>>>>>>>>> The large surface area of this, bad-a** blade has a bit of that, ‘Crocodile Dundee,’ shock effect when deployed (“That’s not a knife… THAT’S a knife”). This is a fairly big folder. Grip is comfortable and hand filling. It feels as if you could slather the handle in butter and still hang on to it. The G-10 scales are grippy, exotic looking, and attractive. Opens as easy as a Para Military 2, with the same great liner locking mechanism. I’ll let someone else speak to the clip. I’m not a clip guy. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> This knife almost inspires me to move from Illinois, where any knife carried concealed with over a 3” blade is considered a dangerous weapon. But, I now have a nice knife to carry when I go visiting sensible people, like my neighbors in Indiana (Support KnifeRights.org, changing the world one stupid law at a time). >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kudos, to designer, Johnny Liao. Hundred Pacer is a beautiful, practical, functional work of art. This would make a great addition to any collection. Can you ever have enough trailing points/up-swept Persians? I don’t think so. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> With the release of Hundred Pacer, Spyderco Reinhold Rhino (another beautiful up-swept Persian), with its CTS XHP and Peel Ply CF/G-10 laminate upgrade, shouldn’t be too, far behind. Be looking for it, soon, at KnifeCenter.com.
