Perfect for fruit cutting
Cut apples, pears, olives and celery. Blane is rigid enough yet thin enough to work perfectly. The long blade makes full cuts easy. Although I prefer a locking blade the spring action on this knife is strong enough it stays put fairly well. Great value for the price and intended use.
