Tim Britton Knives Custom EZ Open Traditional Folding Knife 2.25" BG-42 Pen Blade, Stag Handles with Stainless Steel Bolsters
TBKEZOJSTAG: Custom EZ Open Traditional Folder, Stag
Tim Britton Handmade Knives
Tim Britton traditional folders are second to none. If you are looking for a great feeling and clean looking traditional knife, look no further. The fit and finish are to the highest standards and quality without a visible space anywhere on the knife. For a top-quality traditional folder, you can't find better than a Tim Britton Handmade Knife.
This EZ Open traditional knife is absolutely amazing and per the name, a breeze to manipulate. The 2.25" pen blade is made from BG-42 stainless steel with a beautiful hand rubbed satin finish. Tim has found the BG-42 work best for the thin, slender blades found on his traditional folders. The handles are two uniform pieces of stag with brushed stainless steel bolsters and liners. It's relatively thin, exceptionally lightweight, has a comfortable three-finger grip, and the blade is excellent for detail work. There is no half-stop on this model but the back spring pressure is not overly strong so you don't have to worry about this knife nipping off a bit of your finger. If you currently have a Case Knife and are looking for the next step up in quality and appearance, a traditional folder from Tim Britton is precisely what you want.
