Easy to sharpen if you actually know what you're doing
So, David Ja. Whined about not being able to sharpen this, I own one and have no trouble sharpening this knife, on a stone while sitting on my porch

Self defense
This is the one, no need to spend any more then necessary, yes you can drop $100 plus on other brands and don't get me wrong, there are some very nice ones out there, I have just about every one. The 5-5/8" Black Magnum is your biggest bang for the buck, it actually feels good to hold. It is strong and sharp enough to get the job done if put in that position none of us want to be in. Very reasonable price, everyone should have one.

Good knife for the price
Many of the reviews are ragging on this great little knife. Both sides of the blade are not perfect but this is not a $100 knife either. This is a knife that will serve it's purpose. The handle is a little things but with a bit of paracord it will be a knife I ACTUALLY practice with. Other than the awkwardly large snap this knife fits on the belt well and I can't stress enough that for the price you will actually practice with this knife. I highly recommend this knife.
