Superior product
Second knife in this series. Have chef knive for well over a year and now the new Santoku. Comes extremely sharp, excellent edge holding ability yet very easy to resharpen when needed. Knives use for slicing and dicing meat and vegetables. Would recommend to anyone. Plan to buy additional knives in this series.
