Boker Plus
This unique design features a good sized blade and rather short handle. It's made for "choking up" on the blade with your hand and so, it may take some getting used to. The overall utility is excellent, however. The SanYouGo is designed by noted knife maker Jesper Voxnaes to be a classic Santoku reduced to the essentials.

Here's the rest of the description from Boker Knives: This concept allows the user to be closer to the action, with the forefinger on the back of the blade, and the short, arched handle in the palm, held by the middle and ring fingers, offering maximum control. The handle scales are green canvas Micarta, a red fiber layer, and the blade is German chrome-molybdenum-vanadium X50CrMoV15 steel, satin finished. Includes a leather sheath (without belt loop). Perfect for camping, picnicking, you name it - the ultimate outdoor companion!

Leather Sheath
Leather Sheath
Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to Kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.
Micarta Handles
Micarta Handles
Micarta is a compressed layered composite sealed within a thermosetting plastic which creates a strong, attractive material that is impervious to water.

Awesome blade
Great small blade to throw in with your camping gear! It's takes up no space and is great for food prep. I definitely recommend buying this knife!

mini-chef knife
great little grill knife. its portable, thin and it comes sharp right out the box. the handle is a tad smaller then I had first thought and the sheath looks abit frail. we'll see how it holds up but it looks promising
