Classic styling
What drew me to buying this knife was that it reminded me of an old school knife my dad used to have. But unlike the old knives it's light weight but still sturdy and made of durable materials but still looks good. It looks and feels great in the hand. I've had it over a year now and used it in a rotation for edc and light to medium work. There is zero blade play in any direction and blade centre is still perfect. The blade has a really fine edge due to the hollow grind and is easy to sharpen up to razor sharpness. The 420hc is probably my favourite material for ease of sharpening vs edge retention. The flipper though is way too small and can actually be hard to get the blade to fly out without a good flick. The thumb hole is difficult to use also. I tend to open this knife a bit like a normal old style knife with 2 hands. But overall it's a great quality American made knife with a great deep carry pocket clip for a reasonable price!

Great Knife and Almost Perfect For Me
I really like this knife, but you do need to make some adjustments once you get it. The flipper for one, takes some getting used to. I recommend lubing it a little bit and then it will start flipping very nicely. Also, I had to balance the blade, because it was rubbing on the side. I love the deep pocket clip on the butt of the knife. It makes it very easy to pull out and use. You can also flip the clip if you are a lefty. The one thing functionally that I would change is replace that useless oval thumb hole with a thumb stud. That would improve this knife immensely. The purpose of that oval seems more about aesthetics than functionality.

Great knife
This knife is a daily Carry. It exceeded expectations. It's a beautiful knife, has a great blade, and works very well. Opens very smooth and quickly. It is much lighter than I would have expected from a knife with a wooden handle.
