Buck Paklite Skinning Knife
We use these knives to open bags of flour, corn meal bags, and grit bags. The traction coating is great for this use and there is no removable parts on this knife

Great Little Knife
EDC knife, VERY sharp right out of the box & holds edge well. Comfortable & confident grip in the hand. Cheap cheesy sheath rides high on the belt.
