Pros: Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness, None
Cons: Blade Material
excellent knife set for price
I recently field dressed an elk down to the bone with this set. Very impressed for the price. Easy to sharpen, but the steel is not quite good enough to hold an edge. Be prepared to resharpen every 10 to 15 minutes. Much better quality than any other knife in this price range.
