Case Knives

FEELS RIGHT. RIGHT AWAY.

The extra hand-finishing we give a Pocket Worn knife makes it look and feel like a trusted friend that’s always been by your side.

Every guy has a pair of old jeans--frayed, faded and carefully hidden from well-meaning wives and girlfriends who might turn them into shop rags. You can't bear to part with them because nothing else fits so naturally and comfortably. You'll like our Pocket Worn Old Red Bone knives for the same reason. Thanks to extra hand finishing, they feel like a knife that has spent years in your pocket--even when they're right out of the box.

A Great Companion.
I purchased this knife for daily use, back pocket carry. The size is near perfect. It is my personal opinion that 4" closed is the perfect size for a non-clip pocket knife. At 3 7/8 inches, this knife is almost there. The quality, fit and finish of this knife is outstanding. The old red bone scales look classy and classic at the same time. Blades are very sharp. There is no play in the blades when open. Good resistance from the back springs when opening, yet easy enough to open with minimal effort. There is one thing I wasn't crazy about: When fully open, each blade has the appearance that it is not fully open. There is an acute angle between the blade and the handle. I had to shorten the back springs slightly in order to align each blade straight with the handle. Considering Case's high quality control, I assume it was designed this way. My Case Trapper is not like this. Non-the-less, this knife still rates a 5.
