Condor Tool & Knife
The blade is made from German 1075 High Carbon Steel and are heat treated and annealed to about 56-58 Rockwell hardness. The edge is hand finished and polished to razor sharpness. Blade has the Condor natural finish which is a bare metal look, that has the appeal of a well worn pair of jeans. There is a special treatment over the top of the blade to help repel rust. The hardwood handles are made from hard woods of Central America, similar to Hickory. It is finished with a smooth grip and is known for its long durability. Includes a high quality, heavy duty, handcrafted leather sheath with a swiveling belt loop that allows the tool to swing out of the way while moving through brush or the jungle. The tool can also be swung out of the way while riding in a truck or car, thus not poking one in the side as a conventional knife sheath.

Liu was right
Review by Liu was spot on- great dynamics in hand. The full tang gives great feedback : confidence. It is a song of speed in the martial hand. Shaving sharp out of box. Surprisingly surprised indeed. Guess I will get another to beat up in the weeds

surprisingly surprised
I wanted this product since I saw it being introduced, I love condor and all the condor products but this piece was to be a looks amazing but has no real use item in my opinion, boy was I wrong, I love how it feels in the hand, it's surprisingly light yet still has enough weight to retain that feeling of presence and control, unfortunately the handle is perfectly finished , the random imperfections on the other condor handles in my possession add character to the blades in my opinion . The sheath is a good improvement in my opinion, the swivel loop is gone and the leather is treated making it stiffer. Oh by the way the handle design where it meets the blade has changed, on mine it extends at the bottom unlike the photo. Great buy , get one... better yet get two cause two is always better than one.
