CS20T: Tanto Lite
Cold Steel

As a nod to the great success of our Pendleton Lite Hunter, we have decided to make more economical versions of our popular Tanto and Outdoorsman knives. They resemble their more expensive versions in that they feature similar blades, guards, handles, and pommels. The only significant change was the use of slightly thinner 4116 Krupp Stainless Steel blades, and the implementation of less costly materials in the handles.

The handles are made in two parts. They feature a Polypropylene guard, pommel, and core section, which totally envelopes the knives' full tangs. The core is then over-molded in a deeply checkered Kraton for a non-slip grip that's impervious to the elements and is easily cleaned with soap and water.

To carry your knives safely and conveniently in the field, Cold Steel has included a pouch-style versatile low profile polymer Secure-Ex sheath with integral belt loop that can be easily worn on your hip or tucked into your pack or tackle box.

Pros: Blade Material, Finish, Handle Material, Weight, Blade Sharpness, Overall Quality, None
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard
Great Knife
Sharp enough to shave with, yet sturdy. Good tactile qualities. I would recommend this knife to anyone. The sheath: not so much. The sheath would be excellent for shipping the knife, but if you plan to use the knife, plan on finding a usable sheath.

Decent Boot Blade
Makes a great boot blade. The handle is less well made than I would like. But overall, the blade is a good one.

Ouch... Careful while handling it...
Usage: Overall ornament.. self-defense maybe?Satisfactory: High. Razor sharp out of box (expect no less from Cold Steel!). Light weight blade for it's size, facilitating ease of maneuvering and self-defense. Secondary function for survival is possible, able to handle a little abuse and wood working (Edge retention will be a problem though..). Rubbery grip with tacky texture which is very good but also could post as a problem as I'm starting to doubt the durability of the handle... But you do not need a pay alot for this knife so it is very a very good buy!
