Razor Sharp
I used this sharpener to convert all of my kitchen and steak knives to a 15 degree blade. I never realized how knives were supposed to cut until now. I cut through a T-Bone steak with no effort at all. It has taken all of the effort out of cutting. What's more, the edge lasts!
