Pros: Effectiveness, Ease of Use
Cons: None
It works, but it takes time
Its instructions say that it takes a lot of strokes to get things perfect. It is not kidding. However it does end up with a sharp knife if you take your time. I would buy it again. I have one of the larger electric sharpeners but you have to pull it our of the storage shelf find a place to put it, plug it in and pick the best rough/fine ration. Once you get one sharp, a few swipes revitalize the edge

Pros: Overall Quality, Ease of Use, None
Cons: Effectiveness
looks and feels great, slow to edge
This product looks and feels like real quality. Very easy to use but I have a bunch of Henckel knives to sharpen and they don't take a edge a quickly as I hoped. I'm seeing metal being removed but I sure can't cut a ripe tomato after 20 strokes thru the sharpener. Maybe it's me but I don't think so.
