Pros: Lock Type, Handle Material, Handle Feel, Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Overall Quality
Cons: None
I bought the Emerson CQC7AW for EDC. Everything about this knife is Emerson perfection....centered blade, rock solid lockup, smooth action, and grippy G-10 scales. The size and feel of the knife in hand is perfect for an EDC. I prefer a stonewashed plain spear point vs the black finish and dragon's teeth serrations. It arrived quickly from KnifeCenter with free shipping. I highly recommend this knife and KnifeCenter.

I carried this knife daily since purchase. I stated that it was tight when opening. This is easily remedied by backing off the screw that holds the blade. I don,t like adjusting knives when new as most have some type of thread lock on the threads. I really like this knife as it embodies most details that I look for in a daily carry knife.

Every day carry. Blade to handle ratio. Stone wash finish. Size is similar to most of the Benchmades I have. Has a military look and feel. Design and G10 scales are just like I was expecting. If you like flicking your knife open, you might be disappointed, it is quite tight. This knife is so sharp I don't want it to open in my pocket, so I treat it like a slip-joint folder. So I rate this knife a 5. I don't care if it opens slow, it,s just a great knife so I overlook the slowness.
