Description
FRDPBS: Fred Perrin Le Bowie Kydex Folder, Stonewashed
Fred Perrin Knives

The le bowie Kydex knife is a simple friction folder with a single piece Kydex handle. The 12C27 stainless steel blade has a beautiful stonewashed finish for improved corrosion resistance and durability. It's an extremely lightweight design with an adequate finger choil and functional blade shape. The friction tang is very small so in order to keep the knife open, your thumb must always sit on the base of the handle and not move up toward the tip of the blade, or risk it closing on you. This blade comes with a Kydex sheath and beaded neckchain so you can carry it as a neck knife and the entire package weighs in at only 1.8 ounces.

Pros: None
Cons: Overall Quality
Not really worth the money
The only reason i give it a 3 star rating is that i really like the design! Other than that, poor fit and finish, small pieces of plastic literally hanging from the handle, no symmetry at all in both the closing place and the grind. Doesn't worth 40 dollars, but the shipping from outside the U.S. is such that it's a waste of money to return it.
