Pros: Blade Sharpness, Handle Feel, Blade Material, Lock Type, Weight, Handle Material, None
Cons: Pocket Clip, Ease of Opening
I've purchased 2 of these knives but after the pocket clip getting caught on the 2nd one just recently, I will not be buying a third. Overall the knife itself is great; the assisted opening is stiff at first but gets easier after uses. The blade keeps its edge and the handle is very well molded. The big downfall is the clip; it gets caught way too easily and you can't remove it easily to re-bend the clip. Really annoying because I love the knife, but can't carry it without a trusted quality clip.

Pros: None
Cons: Lock Ease of Use, Ease of Opening, Overall Quality
This dog won't hunt.
This dog won't hunt. I've given up on trying to use it. Like other Gerber products I seem to keep buying it is very difficult to open. I have one assisted Gerber that will not open at all, no matter how I approach it. I'll never buy another Gerber. You get what you pay for, and these products are cheap cheap cheap.

Good Knife for the money
Color and feel of the knife are clean. The lock button is simple and held up well to drop test. I found it hard to open one handed, so the assist was of no use. I spring on the assist seems very strong. All and all its a good cheap knife.
