GB6701: E-Z Out Skeleton
We don't necessarily make knives to win popularity contests. But in the case of the E-Z Out and E-Z Out Jr. line, we're not gonna complain how they've gained such a dedicated following. Because these profoundly versatile clip folders have certainly done their part to help folks fend for themselves. Cutting the things that need cutting. Think of them as all-around knives for everyday life.

As the name suggests, they're very easy to open and use. All it takes is one hand to smoothly deploy the stalwart stainless steel blade.

Of particular value to dedicated knife users is the hell-or-high water rugged polycarbonate handle, complete with supple gripping agility of Gerber's Softgrip inserts. The combination is a pleasure to hold in your hand. And a pretty slick solution for any task that requires a knife with backbone.

Pros: Blade Material, Lock Ease of Use, Pocket Clip, Overall Quality, Weight, Ease of Opening, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Lock Type, None
Great knife but...
Great knife all around and a cheap price; however the lock is not very sturdy and would absolutely fail under extreme pressure. Not a plus at all.

Pros: None
Cons: None
All the good things others have said plus never commented on by others. Meaning not impressive, not scary. I like the "Grey Man" way of being. Not being on everyone's radar. So, it's not so flashy everyone is impressed with my money and not so tactical that everyone goes on high alert. For the last few months it's done what I've asked it to as well as any of my expensive tacticals would. It's earned EDC status.

Pros: Blade Material, Blade Sharpness, Handle Feel, Weight, Handle Material, None
Cons: Pocket Clip
like everything but the pocket clip.
The pocket clip was never tight on mine, but everything else was great. I like the size and shape of the blade, the feel of grips, plus it is a good looking knife and sharp enough.easy to touch up. I removed the clip, I don't like clips that don't hold tight. Because of this I don't carry it much. For a while I carried it in the 5th pocket of my jeans. It now takes a back seat to my kershaw shallott.
