KUKI412A1: Ki412A1 Bolt Folding Knife, Gold Rainbow
Sleek and fast, the Bolt conceals the beauty of its speed in the 3D contour of its handles that mold itself to your hands. Almost like a set of prayer beads, you will find the Bolt's calming presence comforting in a myriad of ways. The handles are made from 6Al4V titanium with a unique gold random rainbow anodized pattern. The slender design of the knife allows it to easily fit in your pocket and hold securely with a tip-down, right-hand deep carry pocket clip. The blade is crafted from CPM-S35VN stainless steel with a stonewashed finish for a rugged and worn in look. S35VN is a high-grade steel with exceptional edge retention and wear resistance. The action is quick, snappy and authoritative, as with all Kizer knives. The dual thumb studs provide ample purchase and double as the blade stop when in the open position. It features a frame lock, two thumb studs for one-handed opening, lanyard hole, a thumb ramp and jimping on the handle spine.
Kizer uses high-tech wire EDM machines to cut the parts. This method is slower than laser or water jet but feel quality is worth the wait. Each component in Kizer knives are precision machined and engineered to the finest tolerances. The final fit, finish, action, and sharpness of each knife is achieved entirely by hand, employing the irreplaceable craftsmanship developed by generations of cutler masters. Dedicated craftsman honoring the long-term goal of making the best knives possible is what Kizer brings to you.
The Prime series grew out of the Kizer team's love of knives. These designs share the same material and production method as the Bladesmith series but use more internally inspired designs. They believe that the customer will find some truly unique and ever-changing designs in the Kizer Prime products.
Bold, ambitious, and built with uncompromising quality. Take pride in the Kizer Prime series. No matter where you are, always expect the unexpected. When others rely on you to keep them safe, rely on Kizer's Prime series to perform as reliably as its flawless worksmanship. Always be at the ready, and Kizer's Prime knives will add an elegant final touch!

Developed by Chris Reeve, it functions like a liner lock but the lock is comprised of one of the handle scales. It's an extremely strong and easy to manipulate lock.
Includes a pocket clip for easy accessibility and a more secure carry.
A tougher steel than S30V, it retains the excellent corrosive properties and ability to take an edge, but improves on the ability to hold that edge.
A nonferrous metal, it's prized for its high strength to weight ratio and is often used on higher end knives.
