MBPLMS: The City Dweller Satin Milled Body Pen Lanyard
Mad Blacksmith
The idea for the "City Dweller" Pen Lanyard came not long after the conclusion of a speech that Mr. Michael Bloomberg gave in which he declared that his police force would begin asking knife-carrying citizens to "show them" the knife if the clip indicates danger to a given officer.
From personal experience, the part where you show the officer my knife is the part right before your knife gets taken away. No matter your chosen brand or type of pocket knife, this pen-cap lanyard clip will allow you to fly under the radar.

The Lanyard bead is fastened to the end of the 550 paracord and is constructed to resemble and function a lot like a pen cap might.
With this tool, you're able to gain quick access to your knife if needed in a pinch, but you're also able to wear it in truly deep-pocket fashion so as not to raise any eyebrows.

A sliding cylinder helps to tighten the cord up around the existing pocket clip that is secured to your knife, this way, the cord lays neater in your pocket.

Great accessory for any pocket knife !
Works great for keeping your knife out of view and more secure. I use mine every day at work to conceal my pocket knife at work in a office setting. This allows me to carry a larger knife without it showing at the top of my pocket. I like that the knife sits at the bottom of your pocket on the lanyard making it easier to get your wallet or phone out. This also allows me to carrier other knives that have small pocket clips that I did not carrier before. The lanyard is very well made and the clip is thick and has strong tension on your pocket. Defiantly worth it !

Great for privacy.
Works great and even better after I pulled the paracord, removed the inside cordage, lit the ends and screwed them back in. Now it's much easier to use in every knife regardless of the size of the lanyard hole. Using it as delivered I managed to pull it through my Benchmade Griptilian , I had to disassemble the knife to remove it, pulling it through one section at a time. I don't have any method of making something like this and they are a very good thought for privacy purposes. RKR
