Wonderful and prompt service
I've had my San Moritz paring knife for more than 20 years and suddenly it went missing. The store I purchased from has long since gone out of business, so finding this replacement was a godsend. The San Moritz knives are outstanding. I have them professionally sharpened about once per year, and use a steel to keep them honed in between times. I could not imagine a replacement from any other brand, so thank you!

A Great Purchase
Have used Messermeister for years, bought a replacement piece and decided to treat myself to a new pairing knife in addition. So glad I did!
