The Four Seasons knife collection by Messermeister performs daily food prep tasks perfectly under challenging conditions in the food service industry. These knives are built to easily re-sharpen on a honing steel, resist oxidation from repeated exposure to moisture, and provides a selection of blade shapes for specific commercial applications. These knives are expertly crafted by experienced artisans in Santa Catarina, Portugal.
