Mantis Knives

Mantis Knives describes this item as follows:

The "Gris" is the offspring of the MF-1 and our newfound love of the bead-blast process. We found that with a lot of creativity and a little experimentation, we could create an entirely different personality for our "Go To" fixed blade. The heritage of the MF-1 is such that the price will always be within reach to those who are REALLY using this knife. It's hard to believe that a knife with such a simple design can evoke such interest among knife lovers.

Pros: Materials, Finish, Overall Quality, Weight, Blade Material
Cons: None
Got this as a boot knife and after cutting all the buttons and straps off the sheath it fits very comfortably. Blade size is ideal for a boot knife, bigger, sturdier and a great complement to my spyderco edc. This knife will always be there when it really counts, and is convenient for day to day tasks also, even if you dont have much use for it, this knife is a very cool one to just own.

Pros: Materials, Handle Material, Blade Material, Finish, Weight, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard, None
This is one of the best knives I have ever seen, or owned. I wrapped the handle with para cord initially, but that prevents the snaps(two-one too many) from working right. So I am looking at a 1/8" braided nylon line.
