Mantis Knives

Mantis Knives describes this item as follows:

This is the only knife in our line that has been constructed of BG-42 ball bearing stainless steel. This steel has a very high edge retention rate, so durability is its strong suit. The design was inspired by an open wheel race car (another passion of mine). When folded, the carabiner loop and pivot at the opposite end, closely resemble a race car. This knife certainly exemplifies all of the things that make the MANTIS brand unique.

Mantis T-5 holdes an edge
This is a hefty, medimum sized, pocket knife that holdes a fine edge for a long time between sharpenings. I carry it in a small letaer sheath in my pocket hanging from a lanyard cliped to a belt loop. This knife is a frame lock and the blade lockes solidly when open,

Pros: Lock Type, Handle Material, Blade Sharpness, Blade Material, Ease of Opening, Handle Feel, Weight, Lock Ease of Use, Overall Quality
Cons: Pocket Clip, None
Great knife for everyday use. I do wish the blade was long and came with a pocket clip. for some reason it does seem yo always end up in a weird position in your pocket. i usually put in in my back pocket next to my wallet so it lies flat.
