Maxpedition Hard-Use Gear
The Maxpedition #0229 SPARTAN Wallet replaces our "over-engineered" PUG Wallet design. The evolution was a result of popular demand for our general purpose wallet design WITHOUT the bulky zippered coin purse that made pocket carry difficult. Our customers were right; this simplification makes for a much better yet less expensive wallet. The SPARTAN still contains a plethora of small compartments secured with velcro tabs to prevent slippage. Two longer slots for paper bills make carrying multiple currency types easy. An external mesh pocket is great for quick access to ticket stubs or to separate receipts.

Great product and it solved my problem.
I work in a kitchen in the desert and I don't have a safe place to store my wallet while working. The sweat and humidity deteriorate leather so the materials and treatment of them on this wallet make it ideal for me. It's "overbuilt", cavernous, and damn near indestructible. Just get it. It's great gear.

Wears like iron.
Maxpedition can't be making any money off this wallet. Bought mine when it first came out and it's showing no visible signs of wear. Its extra tough.
