1095 Carbon Steel
An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel (it will rust) and most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.

Pros: Materials, Handle Material, Blade Material, Finish, Weight, Overall Quality, Blade Sharpness
Cons: Sheath/Scabbard, None
What an awesome knife!
This knife has great quality, sharpness, and strength. I carry it as a tool, and it holds its incredibly sharp edge beautifully. The handle is very comfortable as well. The only con is the case. I would consider getting another hard core case for this knife. The length of this knife is its best feature. I am over 6 feet tall, and the extra length really helps for a tall guys like me.
