PROTR43: TR-4.3 Tactical Response AUTO, Black
Pro-Tech Knives
This tactical Automatic folding knife by Pro-Tech Knives features a 4" 154CM stainless steel blade, black DLC coated for tactical and corrosion resistance purposes. The blade jumps out of the handle with a push of the button and locks up with a very positive thwack. The anodized aluminum handle featured excellently designed finger grooves for a variety of hand sizes and a back up safety switch which only lock the blade in the closed position. This knife is a great tactical deployment option that comes with a ballistic nylon sheath which is superbly made and easily attaches to LBE or any MOLLE system.

Caution! Serious knife for serious application!
This knife is the real deal so Immediately BUY ONE if you can! First of all, I have been carrying/using/buying knives for 20+ years while serving in professional roles as a Soldier/LE TAC Sgt. I know knives well and I carry them daily...I have carried them hiking, kayaking, during manhunts for dangerous felons and while at war. The Pro Tech TR4 auto folder is an incredible example of craftsmanship at its finest. Fit and finish are flawless as are the materials that are displayed in this fine tool. I carry mine while in uniform (military) when I need a fast, sharp, easily deployed blade that I can operate with one hand. TR4 accomplishes this with ease. I have the DLC coated blade (subdued) and there is a thumb activated safety which reduces the chance that it could open while in a pocket if bumped, because my occupation gets physical at times. The TR4 is a large knife and I have large hands so its easy to flick the safety off and deploy the wickedly sharp blade (plain edge). When this blade opens everyone in the immediate vicinity knows it! My advice is to open it very discreetly if needed in public because this thing will frighten some and cause others to grin...no kidding. It also has a glass breaker located on the butt of the handle which also allows the user to affix a lanyard through it if desired. Here is my summary of this knife; Large, Extremely Sharp, Very Fast Automatic Blade Deployment (untrained users will probably drop it because it opens with serious speed) Superb Quality, Flawless Fit and Finish and it is made in USA! This knife retails for around $300...and that's significant. Knife center offers the best price around period. I would probably pay $300 for this knife, but I didn't have to. I would buy it again because the TR4 is a serious last ditch knife that could save my life if I ever need it to. Get one today if you can! Military ID or LE Credentials are required for sale. Not for Beginners! A+++
