QN01419: Limited Edition Joe Kious Burnt Stag Bone Hunter
Queen Cutlery Company
The Queen Cutlery Joe Kious Hunter is a beautiful looking knife that really works. The clean lines and comfortable handle shape makes this an ideal hunting tool. The angle at which the blade meets the handle makes for a great skinning knife when you flip it over. The blade is full tang, made from durable 1095 high carbon steel with Nickel silver bolsters and amber stag bone scales. The brown leather drop sheath is extremely well made and features the Queen Cutlery Company logo, however the belt loop is rather small - it can accommodate belt 1-1/2" thick max. This is a very well made hunting knife that you will be able to pass down to your future generations.

Leather is known for its durability and traditional appeal. When compared to Kydex it is preferred for its silence when bumped against other objects, as well as blade retention.
An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel (it will rust) and most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.
Naturally dropped deer antlers are used to create a natural rugged look and feel. Antler from the Axis and Sambar deer in India are renowned for their density and are therefore most commonly used for knife scales.
This product is USA born and raised.
