good collectable item
This 3 bladed beauty will give you hours of pleasure. The sharpness depends on which wood you are using but overall it will get the job done.

Pretty but poor QC!
Ordered this knife while looking for a whittler, due to the D2 steel, and wanting to support U.S. knifemakers. However, the pleasure of handling this whittler quickly turned to disappointment due to poor quality control (QC), as the coping blade was too thick to be of any use and could not be satisfactorily sharpened - it will need to be reground! Also, the factory, out-of-the-box grind on the blades are not conducive to whittling, and appear to be more blunt than most other whittlers on the market - foreign or domestic. Much better would have been a modified hollow ground, at least on the pen and coping blades. Considering the cost of this knife and the braggadocio of the maker this should not happen (another sample Queen whittler did come with a properly ground coping blade). So overall, this is a non-functional whittling knife - pretty to look at but useless for the task.
