ESEE Knives
Since 1997 Randall's Adventure & Training has designed no-nonsense, affordable field knives specifically targeted to military, law enforcement, and the special operations community. Many of their knives now serve in combat zones around the globe. The knives have a "no questions asked" lifetime warranty. ESEE Knives is also setting the standard for many local, state and federal law enforcement officers when it comes to high performance, compact sheath knives with multiple carry options. The NTOA scored the 3-inch fixed blade a 4.77 out of a possible 5. In addition to knives, ESEE also offers survival, land navigation, tracking and other training courses along with free survival information.

The locals in Peru call the meanest, nastiest ant of the jungle by the name "Isula" and we know it as the Bullet Ant. The Bullet Ant is known to be independent, tough, light on its feet, and a real aggressive survivor. The Izula knife is built the same way and designed to be the perfect lightweight survival tool or concealed carry knife. The Izula-II is the same as the standard Izula except it has a half-inch of length added to the handle and includes full Micarta handle scales. These knives are made from high carbon 1095 steel. And while 1095 is a top choice for professional cutlery designed for hard use, it will rust and stain if not properly cared for - especially on the cutting edge and around the laser engraving. It is the user's responsibility to keep the blades properly lubricated and cleaned. We suggest using a dry film rust inhibitor such as TUF-GLIDE or TUF-CLOTH.

Izula Complete Survival Kit includes paracord, cord lock, large split ring, small split ring, ferro fire starting rod, emergency whistle, and plastic snap hook. The kit can be ordered separately here.

1095 Carbon Steel
1095 Carbon Steel
An excellent hard use steel, 1095 is a primary choice for camping and larger fixed blade knives for its extreme toughness and ability to hold an edge. Corrosion resistance is very limited with this steel (it will rust) and most blades come with a coating to prevent premature rusting.
Micarta Handles
Micarta Handles
Micarta is a compressed layered composite sealed within a thermosetting plastic which creates a strong, attractive material that is impervious to water.

I bought this knife for edc on my belt. The knife is perfect for thar purpose. The clip included sucks. But I bought a tek-lok clip and now it's perfect. Shipping was fast, I will be buying many more knives from knife center.

Great little knife
Fits well in hand, plastic sheath works great to hold knife. Disappointed with clip on sheath, but love multiple holes for attaching knife.

Great EDC knife
I bought this from KnifeCenter about 6 months ago for use as a EDC knife.I wear this using the provided clip that attaches to the sheath and it is perfect!I have to wear suit pants/slacks to work every day, so carrying a heavy folder in my pocket is pretty conspicuous.I have this at 3-4 o'clock in my belt and no one would know know the wiser! As for the knife itself:Great materials, came razor sharp and looking beautiful.Took a great edge after the factory one got worn down - I've only sharpened this 2-3 times over the 6 months I've had it.The handle is very nice micarta, very comfortable to hold and to carry against skin. (No cold metal touch like if you use it skeletonized)The finish is adequate, mine has started to wear off after use against some harder materials such as hard plastic. Not a real problem, as it still leaves a layer of protection even without the top layer.Due to the carbon steel blade, the edge can rust fairly quickly, however an easy long lasting fix for this is to get some oil (any kind) on a paper towel and wipe down the exposed metal. This kept rust away for at least a month (with regular use) until it needed another application.Summary - A VERY nice piece of kit, probably the most value for money that I've gotten out of a knife, especially with all the extras you get with the survival kit version.Try a small fixed blade for EDC instead of a folder - you may just like it more.
